A transformed creature has been reshaped by magic or another force into a new form.

• The effect that caused the transformation defines the form, movement, senses, and traits the creature gains or loses.

• Unless otherwise stated, the creature retains their memories and personality, but may be unable to act against the transformation's limitations.

• Either Break Enchantment or Dispel Magic typically end an unwanted transformation.
