Drink Blood

The stirge drinks the blood of a creature it is grappling with its proboscis. This has no effect on creatures without blood.

  • Always Hits: 1d8 necrotic damage, and target is drained by the same amount.

Tactics

Stirges only attack creatures with blood and prioritize creatures who aren't capable of strong melee attacks. They often flee when faced with stronger attackers.
