Summoning

You conjure one fey or plant of challenge rating 4 or lower.*

  • The creature is friendly to you and your companions and follows your instructions.

  • The creature acts after your turn in initiative.

  • If you don't issue any commands, the creature only defends itself from attackers and otherwise does nothing.

  • When the spell ends, the elemental doesn't disappear. Instead, it gains free will, often in a way that makes it hostile to its summoner.


*Upcasting: The challenge rating of the summoned creature increases by 1 for every spell level above 4th.
