Utility

  • You must be outdoors to cast this spell. If you move somewhere without a clear path to the sky, the spell ends early.

  • You take control of the weather in a 5-mile radius centered on you. The DM determines the starting weather based on climate and season.

  • You can alter precipitation, temperature, and wind. It takes 1d4*10 minutes for changes to manifest.

  • Once the new conditions take effect, you may change them again. When the spell ends, the weather gradually reverts to normal.

  • When you change conditions, consult the following tables and move the current condition up or down by one stage. For wind, you may also choose its direction.
