Curse of Doom

Charisma Save

  • Failure: Target takes 8d6 force damage* and is cursed. While cursed in this way, if the target reaches 0 hit points while under the effects of this curse, the target instantly dies, and their body and soul becomes permanently cursed, preventing them from being raised from the dead.

  • Success: Half damage.


*Upcasting: Increase damage by 2d6 for each spell level above 7th.


Removing the curse on a creature slain by Curse of Doom will allow them to be raised again.
