Teleport
Action - 9 Creature (10 ft.) - 7th Level (Conjuration) - V
Teleportation
You and up to eight willing creatures of your choice, or a single object you can see within range, are transported instantly to a destination you describe. The destination must be on the same plane of existence.
The accuracy of your arrival depends on how familiar you are with the destination and whether you have an associated object from there. The DM rolls on the Teleport Table.
When you teleport, roll 1d100. The result depends on your familiarity with the destination.
On Target: You appear exactly where you intended.
Off Target: You arrive 1d10*1d10 percent of the distance away in a random direction from your intended destination.
Similar Area: You arrive in a different area that closely resembles the target area (such as another temple to the same god, or a guildhall with similar layout).
Mishap: You and each creature or object teleported take 3d10 force damage, and the DM rerolls on the table to determine the outcome. Repeated mishaps are possible.
