Utility Spell

• You create a temporary portal that links to a permanent teleportation circle that you are familiar with, and that is on the same plane of existence as you.

• After the circle is complete, the portal remains open until the end of your next turn.

• Any creature that enters the portal instantly appears within 5 feet of the destination circle, or the nearest unoccupied space.

• You can make a permanent teleportation circle by casting this spell and expending 500 gp of rare chalks and inks. You create the permanent circle at your location and then can choose to teleport to another circle if you want.
