This spell can only be used on creatures that are not native to your current plane of existence.

• Failure: Target is instantly transported to their home plane to a location of their choice.

• Success: No effect.

Upcasting: Target one additional creature for each spell level above 4th.

If you cast this spell on a creature that is native to the plane you're on, the spell has no effect and your spell slot is wasted. Note that you could be banished if you were in a different plane, such as the plane of fire.
